Help to rectify win 7 starter desktop manager issues?

I have windows 7 starter bit installed and suddenly received error about win 7 starter desktop manager,

Does anybody know the cause of this issue and how to resolve this?

Help to rectify win 7 starter desktop manager issues?

Hello Moss,

• First of all, you will need to download the Oceanis Change Background Windows 7 ZIP file provided by Oceanis from this link, and then click on Save.
• Save the setup on your Desktop.
• After that you will have to open the downloaded ZIP file and then extract the exe file to your desktop, and after that run it.
• After that the computer will restart, and then you will the following image as the desktop background. You will need to click on the Oceanis Change Background Windows 7 shortcut in order to change your desktop background.
• Next step will be to browse the images that you want to use and after that check an image, or several images that you have got in order to have a desktop slideshow.
• Choose the Picture position that you want, and then any desktop slideshow settings in case you have chosen more than one image.
• Save changes.
