Here you did not mention your computer configuration. I think you want to keep your computer fresh and better, that means you want to keep your computer virus free. So, you just  need to buy registered Antivirus and install it.
Now come to the point about which Antivirus you may buy from market.
In the market lots of company  are selling antivirus like McAfee, Norton, Kaspersky, E-scan etc. You can buy McAfee or Norton.
So that will get better support from them.

Download any one and install in your computer.

There are a lots of antivirus programs available on internet and in market.
You should delete all temporary files from your computer and then install "NOD 32 Version 5" it will speed up your computer and make your computer faster.
First, go to windows folder and delete all files in "Prefetch" folder.
Then open documents and settings folder and remove all files from "Temp" and "Temporary Internet Files" then restart your computer. After this install Nod 32 antivirus.
