Hidden Window: Blend.exe – Error in running Expression Blend Version 4

When I am running the Expression Blend Version 4, it gives a message and after selecting OK it just quits. I have tried by re-installing the application. Please help me to solve the problem. I will thankful for all help and support. Please see the screen shot of the error message.

Hidden Window: Blend.exe – Error in running Expression Blend Version 4

Hi

This error appears due to your window is not working properly there are two options for that. If this application is working fine then that good if this application is not working fine then either run this application as RUN AS A ADMINISTRATOR.

The second option is only you need to install the window again. This is the problem when windows JAVA script or something might not working properly, and if you installed this application again and still it does not working properly then I suggest you to install your window again.
