I have read your question and I understand that you have Microsoft outlook 2007 and you need to create an email account to view it with Outlook.
Microsoft outlook is one of Microsoft applications that allow us to use email addresses we already have in the Outlook platform.
So before you add an email on Outlook 2007 you must create it first.
1-Â Â Â Â To add a new email address using Microsoft outlook 2007
On the Outlook menu you have file, edit, view, go, tools, actions and help, click on tools
Once you are in the tools menu click on account settings
In account settings click on email if it is not already chosen, it is the first item on the left
Just under it you have new, repair, change and remove click on new to add a new account
On the next page click on Microsoft Exchange POP IPMAP or HTTP then click next
On the auto account setup page add your name, the email address you already have, your password and then retype password, now check the box that says manually configure server settings
Click on next, chose internet email
When the next page appear you will have to enter the email account information
In the user information: type your name and your email address
In the server information: type POP3 as the account type POP3
In the incoming mail server: you need to type the incoming mail server of your email address domain such as Hotmail or yahoo.
In the outgoing mail server: you need the type the incoming mail server of your email address domain as well

For instant, yahoo account the incoming mail server is: pop.mail.yahoo.com and the outgoing mail server is: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
To find the server names of the rest email providers such as Hotmail or Gmail, you can Google the information

Now after entering the information required, you need to type your log in information
Type your username then your password (sometimes your username is your email address)
On the same page click on the more settings on the right side, and then check the box that says my outgoing server requires authentication
Now click next and you will see a dialogue appears and says congratulation, now you have succeeded
Click on finish and you will find the email address that you have created
2-Â Â Â Â If you want to change an email address
Click on tools, account settings, email, then you will find the email or email addresses that you have created on outlook, click on the email you want to change the information that you need
3-Â Â Â Â If you want delete an email address
Click on tools, account settings, email then click on the email address that you want and click on delete.
