Holdem manager An error occurred while updating your DB

Hello everyone,

When I load the Holdem manager it went to update the DB but suddenly timed out and get this error code (see image).

Any clue on how can this be fixed?

An error occurred while updating your DB (returned amount support): a timeout has occurred. If you were establishing a connection, increase Timeout value in ConnectionString. If you mere executing a command, increase the commandTimeout value in Connection string or in your NpgsqlCommand object.

Holdem manager An error occurred while updating your DB

Did you do update to last version of your software? HM1->HM2 or last version of software you are using?

If you still can create a new empty database then import your hands into a new database.

Your hand history should be in English.

HM is constantly updated and you need to have the original version of the software. There was some database errors but programmers fixed all of them.
