Hi, everyone! I am planning to improve my hotel but I don’t know where to start and/or how to do it. I’ve searched about the ways in order to improve my business and I finally came across with the idea of asking for evaluations from customers/clients. Do you know any hotel evaluation template that can be downloaded on the internet? The one that fits medium-sized hotels would be perfect for me.
