When I open iCloud, default applications like Address Book, Mail, Calendar and iWork appear. I believe they are synchronized but I don’t know how to access my documents from Open Office. I tried dragging and dropping a file into iCloud but I still can’t see nor access it. How do I do it?
How to access documents in iCloud
The steps provided below will guide you on how to access my documents from OpenOffice. You can use OpenOffice.org as templates available out there, Writer/Word/Calc/Excel and others such as PowerPoint and Impress. The file has an extension of .docx minus extra help.
Go to File then New
Select Templates and Documents to get this
A new Window will appear "My Templates"
Pick the file and Templates then savesit
Then double-click and this should be it
You can also googled this Free Microsoft Office templates that is available for download.
Pick as many as you want then download the software
On the OpenOffice, select File then Open and open the downloaded file
Save the name on I choose File then Templates, Save the name and click on OK
Add the file without restarting or closing the software application then Choose in OpenOffice File
Go to New and Presentation
The presentation should be in there in My Templates
