I have questions on accessing emails thru external software or any PDA or mobile devices. And also, how can I access Outlook 2007 and other software with devices such as Blackberry, iPhone, or any Android Phone. Could someone help me on this?
Thank you.
How to access MS-Outlook on Mobile Devices?
To redirect incoming messages to your mobile phone, click Options on the Tools menu. On the Preferences tab, under Mobile, click Notifications. Under Message Notification, select the “Forward messages that meet all of the selected conditions” check box. Select the conditions.
Select the conditions that you want. Type the numbers of the mobile phones to which you want messages to be forwarded in the “Forward to mobile numbers” box. The Outlook will automatically creates a rule named “Redirect as Mobile Message (Auto-generated)” with the conditions that you selected. You can modify or delete this rule just like the other Outlook rules. Click OK.

How to access MS-Outlook on Mobile Devices?
Hello Xyjimenez,
I keenly read about your issue on how to access the outlook 2007 from your IPhone. I therefore decide to share with you on the steps you are required to undertake to achieve the above.
1. From your IPhone, tap on Settings > mail, Contacts, Calendar.
2. Select option Add Account to start setting up the Ms outlook Account.
3. A list of email services will be listed that can be configured.
4. Select Microsoft Exchange.
5. Input your complete outlook email address, your username as well as your password.
6. Under the server box type m.outlook.com and click Next.
7. Select the type of information that you wish to synchronize.
8. Tap and slide the switch to ON to turn on your desired type of information that you wish synchronized.
9. Tap on the Save.
10. If asked for a passcode, tap on the Continue and input the passcode.
The mails should now be accessible from your iPhone.
