How to access music files in Nokia Lumia

Hi friend, I have Nokia Lumia phone with me. It came with a 3 months free subscription of Music service. I have downloaded about 500 songs. I can play it all of them in phone. But when i connect it to the laptop via the data cable, i cannot see any files. Is there a way to mount the device, i mean any settings? or is it because it is meant only to play in mobile. My laptop OS is Windows 8.1 so i believe i do not have any issues with the OS drivers or stuff like that. Many thanks

How to access music files in Nokia Lumia

The songs downloaded from Music service will be normally stored in external storage device. So you can able to view it while you connect it with windows laptop. Because both of them have Microsoft OS.

Solution 1:

1. Connect Your device to laptop.

2. Wait until the drivers are installed.

3. Unlock your phone and you will get the files.
