Hello everyone,
I'm using HTC HD7 phone which has Microsoft's mango OS 7.5.
I want to change the default theme of my phone, but when I go to Settings > Theme and look for the themes, there are only limited (7-8) themes available.
Is there a way to add my own themes(custom theme)?
How to add custom themes to HTC HD7 Mango(7.5) OS?
For you to add custom themes to your HTC HD7 phone with Mango 7.5 OS, first thing is to download and install Custom ROM on your HTC HD7 phone. Here are the steps: First, download the Custom ROM. Second, follow XDA’s guide for you to see if you have the reloaded SPL and Hard SPL on your phone. Third, connect your phone to your computer. Then, find the extracted folder that is the ROMUpdateUtility from the ROM you have downloaded and launch it. Then follow the instructions given. If you are in Mango Beta 2 Build 7403, follow the follow these steps: First, launch
Update_Mango_XBMODDeployer.xap. After launching, run XBMOD.Files.Deployer and then uninstall it. Second, launch Unlock_Mango_XBMODDeployer.xap. Then, run XBMOD.Files.Deployer and uninstall it. Third, you must install Touch Explorer and copy CustClear.provxml from My Documents and paste it in Windows. Mango Beta 2 Build 7403 must be updated to Mango Beta 2 Build 7712. When you have done updating, disconnect the USB cable and enter your SIM PIN number. Then, uninstall Connection Setup. Finally, select HTC App from Marketplace and wait for the Connection Setup to appear.
After that, install it and then run.Â
