How to add pencil sketch effects in Microsoft PowerPoint?

Where the options for adding pencil shade effects for pictures are, designs and shapes present in Microsoft PowerPoint 2010? How to draw a custom shape and add pencil effects to it? What are the available effects similar to that? Can I add pencil effects to both built shapes and shapes drawn by myself? I have a huge collection of handmade shapes in MS Word. Can I import them into my slides after adding the pencil shade effects? Will display reliably in all other PowerPoint viewers only software?
