Hello techyv,

How to adjust a Hotmail photo size? I would like to adjust my photo before uploading it in my Hotmail account. What editing software application with the best feature you could ever recommend to me? I need a secure and safety software to avoid any problem with my operating system. My OS is Windows 7 Starter.

How to adjust a hotmail photo size?

A lot of online as well as offline tools is available to edit pictures these days.

 

The top software's used are:

• Adobe Photoshop
• CorelDRAW
• Picasa
• IrfanView
• GIMP
• Paint.Net

 

Picasa is powered by Google. It's a free software and easy to use. For resizing the image, it will be the best option.
