Hi there!
I am using Exchange 2003 Enterprise on Windows 2003 server.
I was wondering if there’s a way for me to automatically attach a return policy disclaimer at the end of all my outgoing mails.
I have already found ideas on the Internet but when I tried them, it seemed to do the reverse because the disclaimer would be attached to all incoming mail.
The disclaimer would be of vbscript using a Microsoft smtpsink script. All our clients use either Microsoft Outlook or OWA.
I hope you can give me suggestions on how I could address this concern. Thank you. Â

How to attach disclaimer on e-mail in exchange 2003?
Hello Jared Santos,
I do not think that capability is readily available in the exchange server 2003, I mean the feature to allow you to automatically attach a return policy disclaimer to all your outgoing mails, but you can use a third party software to accomplish that.
When you are using ms exchange you can use a VB script and VB code to be able to add return policy to outgoing mails, but you have to know that this will only work in situations where you have SMTP connections to your exchange server. But since outlook does not work with SMTP when communicating with exchange servers, you may need to use MAPI, and thus the code you will use may not work for outlook clients.
