Hi user

Outlook emails and other folders can be backed into a file called personnel files folder.

To back up click on File menu and click Import and Export. Select export a file and click on next.

Select personnel files folder (.pst) and click on next.

Choose the folders you want to back up and click Next. Select a destination for the file to be saved and click on finish.

This will create a personnel files folder in the chosen destination.

To restore the backed up data, again go to Import and Export under File menu and select Import from another program or file.

Now select personnel files folder(.pst) and select the destination of the back up file and click on finish.
