how to block spam in Outlook so that unlike in other email websites, spam does not live. Once deleted it should not be present in the email box anywhere.

How To Block Spam In Outlook: Spam Emails Get Deleted Permanently.

There are two methods to block spam permanently in outlook.

Step : 1

-> right-click on any email that you think is spam.

-> Click on junk email.

-> Then select add sender to blocked sender’s list.

-> By this method, the email address is added to block list.

Step : 2

-> Go to Actions tab at the top of your email and select it.

-> Click on the tab named blocked senders.

-> You can click on add and then add the email address you want to block.
