Hi experts..! 

I have a broadband connection with 5MB maximum bandwidth.

It is occurring lots of problems when I try to do file transfer.

I think its not access maximum bandwidth utilization when it is transferring files.

How can I get  maximum vpn bandwidth utilities for each and every task?

How can I get rid of this issue?

Hi Miller,
There is a helpful option for you to do this which is Remote Call Framework (RCF) and it is major software application around the world. File transfers by RCF will automatically use the maximum bandwidth the network allows them to run. And in some cases if you may want to limit bandwidth usage and run file transfers at a fixed speed, it will allow you to set the maximum bandwidth consumed by all file uploads, or all file downloads, on a server:
