Hello Shaheen,
Adding a PDF to your blog might is very simple, but it depends on how exactly you want the PDF to be seen. I see you don't want it to be just a link to a file hosting website (Ziddu) which allows the viewer to download it, by which you would prefer the reader to view it instead of downloading.

So you want it to be displayed fully on your blog, you would need for it to be embedded as a media by which you have you uploaded it on another server (PDF Document Sharing). This is what the answer above linked to, here is what you can do for a fast PDF in your blog.
Go to Scribd.com
Look for the blue button at the top that says "Upload" Click it
Then Click the upload button again its now under file selection.
The new window will allow you to choose your pdf file.
After you selected your file and have submitted it to be uploaded you will be asked to enter an email. You can put it in your email or any email. Its not required for this to work, although its preferred so the password can be emailed to you. Good if you choose to add more pdf's to the same account.
It should auto sign in on to your account, in which your document will be listed. Click on your document to view it.
On the right hand of the screen you will see the option to Share/Embed click on Embed. A new window will open which will give you 3 options for you to embed on your blog. (HTML5 / FLASH/ WORDPRESS)
Choose the one your working with on your blog by clicking copy. The code is now saved in your clipboard and you can go over to your blog and copy the code into your blog at the right place to show your PDF which will be hosted on Scribd.
