I will use a PowerPoint presentation for my presentation next week for government employees. I am doing the PowerPoint presentation now. Now, I have a lot of images to be included in that presentation. Can I just batch import those pictures so that it will be easier for me and not to waste time? If yes, how?

How can I batch import images in PowerPoint
Hello Severino,
Importing the images as a batch to PowerPoint may not be such a good idea, for you will be required to edit the size of each image for it to fit well in your PowerPoint presentation. Though importing one image at a time may seem like a whole lot work that will take much time, but it will save time it comes when it comes to setting the transitions, managing the size of the image and adjusting the colors if that may be necessary.
Copying the images as a batch will disorganize them in PowerPoint and it will take you so much time reorganizing them properly, and for that I will recommend importing one or few images at a time.
