Please any one tell me how can i change my static and dynamic IP in Window 7. My system is in intruders control, and they know my IP address. Please tell me how can i get rid from these cyberpunk. I lost my Skype and yahoo passwords.

TCP/IP is the language computer uses to communicate with other computers. To change IP Address follow these instructions. First of all know your IP Address by going to CMD prompt and then type “IP Config”.There you will be able to see your IP Address

Go to Control Panel then click on Network and Internet and then choose Network and Sharing Center then open Manage network connections.

Click on the Local Area Connection to configure your IP Address

Click on the Properties button in the Local Area Connection. It shows the Local Area Connection Properties dialog. click on either Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) or Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6), and later click Properties.

For changing the IPv4 IP address settings, follow below instructions:

To obtain IP settings automatically, click Obtain an IP address automatically, and then click OK.

To change the IP address Manually, click on Use the following IP address, and then, in the IP address, Subnet mask, and Default gateway boxes, type the IP address you want to enter(Please check whether the IP address you entered is valid or not).
5. For changing the IPv6 IP address settings, follow below instructions:

To obtain IP settings automatically, click Obtain an IPv6 address automatically, and then click OK.

You told that your system is under intruder's control, I suggest you to create a backup of your system files and do the clean installation of OS or Install a new Anti virus software like McAfee or Avast and do the virus removal.

On the left side double click change adapter settings

Right click local area networking

Highlight internet protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)

Example
IP address 192.168.1.1
Subnet mask 255.255.255.255.0
Default gateway 192.168.254.254
Take note your IP addressing must based with the default gateway as this is the IP of your router for you to connect to the internet.
The IP is the last digit of the group. It may be higher or lower IP address ranging from 1-254.
