How can I change Outlook Express to Hebrew?

Hi!

I changed my location from the United States of America to Israel. Most of the people that I am working with do not understand English and therefore I would like to change Outlook Express to Hebrew for ease in learning. Can someone tell me how I can execute this? This is very urgent, please.

Changing language in MS Outlook?

Here is the steps on how to change the language in MS Outlook.

1. Open MS Outlook.

2. Open a New Message.

3. The New Message Window will now appear, click on the Windows button on the upper left corner of the New Message Window.

4. Click on the "Editors Options"

5. On the popular tab > click on the language button and change the dropdown list to the language you preferred (Hebrew).

6. Click "OK" and a message box will appear then click "Yes", the language of your MS Outlook is now change.
