How can I compress some files as fast as possible?

Hi,

I’ve some files to compress. But it takes too much time when the file gets larger. So, I need to find a way to do it fast. I think I need software to do it. But I don’t know which is the best software to do it fast? Please, tell me in details.

Hi Derick karpoff,

First, you should copy your files to folders. Number of folders depends on how large your files are. If your files are large, there are few files in a folder. If your files are small, there are many files in a folder.

Then, you compress your folders by using compress software. Here I give you three popular software.

–          7-zip: http://www.7-zip.org/

–          Winrar: https://www.win-rar.com/start.html?

–          Winzip: http://www.winzip.com/win/en/

I recommend you choose 7-zip, because it is a freeware.

How can I compress some files as fast as possible?

There are many softwares that do this compressing job. Simply visit this page on how to compress any file.

Just be sure that you are compressing into ZIP format. This is the fastest compressing method.
