Hello everyone.

I want to create an animated character that can move around, walk, etc.

Can this be created with Unity 3D Development Environment?

 

Can anybody help me with the steps for making this animated character?

If you really are interested in creating your own animated character, there are available sites that could offer you a free step-by-step procedures in making such. You could try www.mashable.com or www.unity3d.com. A simple tip would be to create your character first in 2d, thus ,making it a bit faster.
