Hi,

I just want to ask. How can I make a web-based application using Google Doc? I've seen an application which you just need to fill in the blanks. The appearance of that web application is really cool. The background color is blue and black. It is a software. It is just made for Google Doc.
 
How can I make such? Is it difficult to make?

You cannot create a web application through Google Docs. As the name implies, it is for documents. Google Docs is for user to easily create, edit, store, and share online documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. They're easy to use because they are just like Microsoft Office. I am not sure what really are you referring to.
 
However, Google has Google App Engine. You have to create your own web application and host it there for free for a certain quota. Once you need more resources, they will bill you. You just upload your web application and there it is, instantly running.

Hi  Alexandra Fran!

You cannot make web application using Google docs. But you can make Word document, Power Point slides and spreadsheet files. I think the application you have seen on Google docs was excel file with some functions.

For example see this excel file.
