How can i delete outlook profile without any data loss?

HI, how can i delete outlook profile from a set of profiles in outlook. Will the data be lost upon deletion ?

Need advice. Please help.

How can i delete outlook profile without any data loss?

Hi,

To remove a profile from Microsoft Outlook, you can follow this steps,

Open Control Panel>Double click on Mail option.

Next Click on Show Profiles>Select Profile to be deleted.

Next Click on Remove to delete the profile.

Removing the profile doesn't change anything or result to loss of data. Therefore you can be assured of data remains intact even upon removal of one or more profiles.

How can i delete outlook profile without any data loss?

Dear user,

When you remove your e-mail profile, then it does not remove your outlook data. You can follow these steps, they might help you:

1) Click on the start menu, click control panel.

2) Now click on the User Accounts button, then click on mail button. You will now see the mail setup dialog box.

3) Click on the Show Profiles button, now a dialog box will open from which you can select the e-mail profile which you want to delete.

Note: If you don't have installed and used Outlook, then the mail option won't appear in control panel.
