If you have Adobe Photoshop cs 2 or higher, you can use spot healing tool to easily remove spots that exists in the face. First you have to select an area which is good and look similar to the bad place. To select press “Alt+click” you can find this tool from the tools menu and you can named as healing brush tool and located in the fourth row.
You can make variation by selecting different type of mode from the top Manu. If you have lower than Photoshop cs, you can use stamp tool to remove the spot. It is better to keep the opacity in 10.
And follow in 80 to 90 in the top menu.
Which particular Photoshop are you using?
I'm using Photoshop 7 and to cover up the spots on an image, I am using the clone stamp tool. Just open the image file and then select the clone stamp tool from the toolbox, and then select a large, soft-edged brush and then on the image face, choose an area of a clean, non-spot skin. This will be the reference point and then hold down the Alt key and click to set the preference point.
And then start cloning on the face where the spots are. Continue doing this on other spots as well.
