How can I fix these Vizio sound desk issues?

My Vizio sound desk's blue indicator lights (not the LED) do not light up while adjusting the volume or input.

I never had this problem not until I tried several attempts to set my universal remote to the sound bar.

How can I fix these Vizio sound desk issues?

Hello Hall,

That might be an issue due to sound driver problems, and therefore you will need to go to the device manager and then right click on the sound drivers, and then choose to update them.

The latest drivers will be installed and therefore you will need to ensure that you have internet access.

How can I fix these Vizio sound desk issues?

There are two areas of lights:

1. One area on the top indicates you are in “audio mode”.

2. Second area tells you balance and volume.

The top area tells you about signals. If you are getting Dolby signal, the light on the left will be blue.

If you are getting a DTS signal, the light will change in orange.

If you receive none of them then the light would not be on.

Just sure that you are receiving a true HD signal.
