It's too easier. Connect it to your computer. it should be one of your removable devices.
Right click on it and then choose format.
But remember, all files on it will be deleted.

How can I format SDHC memory card?
You can format your SDHC memory card in two ways, You can do it either using a computer or the device that your using it.
Solution 1:
Using the computer, once you plug it in, it pop out in the My Computer explorer. Then right click the associate drive that it came out. Right click the device and then select format. You can do a Quick Format or the Normal Format speed, but I suggest do a quick one first then do a normal one.
Solution 2:
You just need to simply browse your device to look for the format option. Refer to the manual of the device your using it in. It will probably on the options menu. If it is a digicam, it is best to format it everytime you use it once all of the previous files from the card is stored in a safe place.

There’s a lot of simple ways to reformat SDHC memory card, it’s the same way when you are reformatting a Flash Drive.
But try is this way. Just follow the steps.
1.   Click Start Button
2.   Right click My Computer then hit Manage
3.    Note : Make sure your SDHC Memory card is already connected to your computer.
4.    Then right click the SDCH Memory card then hit reformat for better result uncheck the quick format.
5.    Wait until it finish.
