I want to use the monitors with netgear built in soft, but I cannot find it.

Please, tell me in detail as I can find the mentioned software easily.

First of all, you forgot to mention the model of your monitor so we can determine the correct software that you need.

Look for the model name and go to the Netgear official website and search for the software that you need.

Click the link below and then select the For Business tab and then click on Software.

Netgear has various products, thus finding a specific tool that you want may be tedious as you have to consider a lot of things.
