Hi everyone, I need an efficient tool that can scan IP address and mac address and I would be happy to get it free. Can you tell me what site to get mac scanner free download installer?

Hi Laura,

Try to look up this site: http://www.colasoft.com/mac_scanner/index.php?act=mac_scanner

Just follow these steps:

First, Choose from the LOCAL SUBNET. After that, click the START/F5 to execute scan. Then the scan result including IP address, MAC address, Host Name and Manufacture will be displayed. They will be group all IP address and configured with multiple IP addresses. The result will be exported into .txt file for your future reference.

How can I get Mac scanner free download installer?

 

 

Hi Laura,

The best software I know doing this is "Angry IP Scanner". This software is free, and will scan IP addresses and ports of any type. Then will send signals to IP addresses to check if they are still used. If it is so, it will give the name and the MAC address
