Hi,

Don't get confused and stop your searching because you are wasting time. The application you want you will get it from Apple's MAC App store. They make it easier and convenient to the OS to be upgraded instead of buying DVDs and other things. They will charge you for the application but it will be bug free. If you have already purchased then don't' purchase it again just download it from the Apple store
