How can I get a speech bubble inserter for image stories?

Hi!

I am creating a simple cartoon story and I do not want to work with complicated applications due to limited time. I have a number of images of cartoons and they are conversing and also making some gestures. How can I get a speech bubble inserter to use to add dialogue on my story? This should be simple since it is basically the text that they are apparently using to communicate.
