There are many review of it I have seen.

But, I can't get any reliable link for download it.

From you post it is very much clear that you are keen to learn developing multimedia. But as you mentioned about the software, I have no idea about the same but I will recommend you to use Adobe Flash. If you are dreaming about to make some cool stuffs in flash and with animation this is the best software you should you. Get it from adobe , here is the link:

But you don’t mention that which windows you are using now?
