I want to make the process of entering information in an Excel spreadsheet easier for myself and other users using a form. How do I make a form in Microsoft Excel?

To make a form in Microsoft Excel, follow the following steps:

1. Open a new spreadsheet and fill the specific titles in the first column.


2. Select the details.


3. Go to the “Insert” tab, click on “Tables” and check the box in the pop-up box and click OK.

4. Select the first cell.

5. Then click on the Files tab and click on Options.

6. In options, open Customized Ribbon tab and select “Command Not In Ribbon” and Form from the list.

7. Make a new tab from the right-hand side and rename it.

8. Under it add a Form sub-category from the right-hand side.

9. Click on OK.

10. Select the column containing titles and click on the tab which you renamed in Step 7.


11. Click on Form.

12. A new dialogue box will pop-up which will take input in the form of Form.
