How can I make Nokia Symbian Mobile as Web Cam
I thought that you could use your mobile camera also as your computer webcam? It is easier than setting up a standalone webcam on your PC. All it requires is installing a software on your mobile and on your PC! But this works only for Symbian mobile phone , Windows Mobile phones and RIM Blackberry.
How can I make Nokia Symbian Mobile as Web Cam
Now there are so many open source and free softwares in the market to use your Nokia E65 as a webcam.
I personally recommend Smartcam software.

How can I make Nokia Symbian Mobile as Web Cam
If you want to turn your Nokia Symbian phone into a webcam that can be used on your computer, here’s how to do it via USB connection. First, download the Nokia Ovi Suite and install it on your computer. It requires Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 so make sure to install it.
You can also install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 because it includes the required .NET Framework 3.0. Next, download the EpocCam Pro Symbian application and install it on your Symbian phone. Next, download the EpocCam Windows Drivers and install it on your computer. It supports Windows 8 and earlier.
Before installing the drivers, make sure to close all applications that use the webcam otherwise they may crash during the setup. After this, connect your Symbian phone to your computer via the USB cable. When you are prompted for the connection mode on your phone, select “PC Suite.” Next, start the EpocCam app on your phone.
After this, run the EpocCam Viewer on your computer and click the play button. After this, you should now see the video feed from your phone.
