How Can I Monitor My Network Traffic Through Different Ways?

Method 1-

Step 1: Download and install Wireshark and WinPcap and open it.

Step 2: Choose Interfaces after clicking the Capture menu.

Step 3: Click on the Start button and then go to Capture menu and then Stop.

Step 4: Examine and analyze the list of packets.
