Hi! I just started using Mac for the first time, after IÂ used Windows and Microsoft Office. I want to know how I can move the mail archive created on Windows to Office 2011. I also want to move the templates I created, and some other items contained in .xml, .srs or .nk2 files. Anyone knows a way to do this?

How can I move mail archive from Windows Office 2011 to Mac?
Hi Mylene
The only way to do this operation is by exporting the mails then copying the exported file to your Mac. What to do is to open your mails in your windows system, Then configure your email program note to receive new mails if you don't know how to do this you can contact your administrator to help. Export you emails from the windows as an Mbox if possible- the method of due this vary depending on the program you are using.
After completing the exportation ensure your copy your file to your Mac, the option is burning this to a CD. While copying format your file as a FAT32. In your Mac click the mail icon in the dock. Use mail set up Assistant if you do not have your emails configured already. It is also recommended that you use IMAP for easy accessibility to your mails. In the file menu choose import mailboxes. Choose the mbox file from the imports data. click continue then choose the file that you imported and your messages should be imported into mail.
