It is quite easy to create a network in window 7. You can create a home group easily. Just follow the given steps:
1. After installing windows it will prompt you make a network. Click on home group and it will take some time to configure your system.
2. Now select the files you want to share.
3. A new window will appear and will give you a password. You have to use this password to connect the other devices to the network.
And it’s all done here. Just three steps and you are done. But remember that on the entire PC in the network there should be a password protection. Means each user should have a password on his account. Without password Windows 7 will not make a network connection.
Hello,
The password protect option is automatically turned on in Windows, if you want to network the turn it off for network and sharing center which is accessible from here.
Next click on advanced sharing settings.
What you will do is turn off password protect and turn on network discovery.
YOU WILL DO THIS FOR HOMEWORK PROFILE.
THEN YOU WILL SET ALL COMPUTERS CONNECTED TO THE NETWORK TO HOME.
In the end all the PC's should have this status.
Hope this helps.
