How can I scan website folders?

I want to download some latest song folder from  the web. But I am afraid that folder might be VIRUS attracted. Can you please tell me How can I scan website folders? I generally use AVG anti-virus program on my PC. Is it enough for my security or I will have to scan more.

Please explain me in detail.

Oh, you are so conscious person. That’s good. But there is no need to be afraid if you go to a trusted site. Try to use internet security software rather than your PC anti-virus.

I suggest you to use the Kaspersky internet security. If you install it, there is no need to be worried about the internet.
