How can I setup silverlight samples tickets?

Hello Helen,

You will find installation guidelines on Silverlight application in the web. Silverlight applications can be created with your own skills and tools which you find familiar. The quickest way to get familiar with Silverlight is to install Visual Web Developer 2010 Express or Visual Studio 2010. Also install the service pack 1.
