How can I solve data domain default login problem?

Hello expert, I have created an account at DataDomain.com  and last week my friend used as a default user on this account. After that when I was login to this site I got an error. How can I solve data domain default login problem?

How can I solve data domain default login problem?

What particular error are you receiving? Ask your friend if there are settings that he/she recently changed that are causing this problem. Do you have your Powerlink credentials? It is needed to log in to Data Domain, or you will need to register to be able to use it. If you are still having the same issue, go to the Data Domain Customer Support page and inform them of the issue that you are getting.

How can I solve data domain default login problem?

I am a user at DataDomain.com and I never had any problem with the log in. First, you have to make sure that your friend hasn't done something wrong like put the wrong password many times or did not acceptable action. Then, if your friend hasn't' done anything wrong try to connect with the customer service
