How do I fix the error, modem error 651 windows 7. Please, tell me how do I get through this. I am not able to establish an Internet connection.

Hello, your issue can be fixed with ease, just follow the steps which are here,

1. Switch off the Modem and after this switch, it back on and then, try connecting.
