How can i update iTunes Store request?

I have an IPhone with ITunes 10; I have downloaded a song and have no issue or problem.

But now I tried to download an album and got the following message; We could not complete your iTunes Store request.

The network connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, and then try again. I ran diagnostics; It said Network Interface Verified, Internet Connection Verified but secure link to ITunes store failed. I do not know what to try.

I have made sure everything is up to date, restarted everything.

Can anyone please help me what should I do?

How can i update iTunes Store request?

If you even tried to uninstall the program and installed it back but to no avail then what you need to do is:

Try working on it on a different day. They might be the one who have the problem here. It is not only you who can get disconnected, they are also prone to that kind of error.

They might be on a system maintenance or something like that and its just that the error message is like that whenever you can't access their ITunes Store. If you have tried many different methods to no avail, then consider this solution and see if the problem lies in them and not yours alone.
