How can i use and enable card reader Firefox ?

I recently upgraded my Firefox and it says that I can link my card reader to Firefox. How can I use and enabled my card reader. Do I need to download add-ons or applications? Please do help me.

How can i use and enable card reader Firefox ?

To use Card reader in Firefox you have to configure Mozilla first. You may fail to load configuring file if the version differ from your operating system i.e. 32 or 64 bit program. How can i use and enable card reader Firefox ?

Hi Ivonne Lara,

There seems to be some problem with your system or support software which detects your card. I will suggest you to make sure you have done proper installment for card reader.

Here are some steps you should follow:

1] Check whether you got CD with your card if yes install software available in your CD.

2] If you have already done it make sure you are not missing supporting dll file.

3] Copy this dll file in appropriate location on your disk.

This will solve your problem.
