I am using windows XP SP3 on my PC. I got some errors on my Outlook express when recovering email from dbx file.

There are a number of reasons why a dbx file got corrupted. These mainly are following specified by Microsoft:
1. Module Msoe.dll got an invalid page fault caused by MSIMN.
2. Module Msoe.dll at address got an invalid page fault caused by MSIMN.
3. The disk is full or PC is out of memory & thus outlook express couldn't start or install properly.
4. Due to non initialization of Msoe.dll Outlook express couldn't start or install properly.
As you haven't mentioned the cause of your error specifically I am giving you the option of using some tool which you can try to solve the problem.
1. The best tool to use for dbx recovery is SysInfoTools. The said tool reported to be used by many & all of them are satisfied with the end result. So, try it first & check if it solves the issue. Just click here & download it.
2. Another tool you can try to Recover Outlook Express by Remo software which you can download from here.

Outlook Express can be organized to recover email from your account via IMAP client to access your mail on an IMAP mail server.
The default location where all the mail folders and messages are stores is:
C:Documents and Settings<User>Local SettingsApplication DataIdentities {GUID}MicrosoftOutlook Express
When you go the default folder location, you will find .dbx files like outlook.dbx, offline.dbx, contacts.dbx, inbox.dbx, etc.
To recover emails, you could use or perform Outlook Express email recovery when you get corruption message. Or you can use Remo Recover Outlook Express (DBX) software to recover emails.
