Microsoft Access or popularly known now as Microsoft Office Access, is a database management system from Microsoft. It is a member of the Microsoft Office, suite applications.

 

It is mostly used to create databases. Its users can create queries, tables reports and forms and connect them altogether with macros. Advanced users use Visual Basic Applications, to write solutions with data manipulation and user control.

 

The concept of MS Access is, to be able to “access” data from any other source. It includes importing and exporting data, to many formats including Excel and Outlook, dBase, FoxPro, SQL server, Oracle and ODBC.

What is MS Access In detail

Microsoft Access give you environments in which you can create your reports and save date in such a way that it will further allow you to solve your Business, Commercial, Education and other daily related problem. It is a type of database which defines the values for different things.

You can create the quarry in this database and you can manipulate the data as per your requirements. You can create forms and then can enter data as per your requirements which will further help you to maintain your records and daily activities.

Microsoft Access provide you a good user interface which helps to solve your daily problems easily related to accounts, records, Databases, menus and many other daily life problems.
