Firstly you need to check your speakers and headphone connections and see if the audio cable is loose. Then check your PC’s volume levels from the audio icon as well as the volume buttons on the top of your keyboard also check the volume levels of your external speakers, if connected. If the issue is still prevailing, go to Device Manager to check for driver issues. The procedure will be —

Start > Device Manager >Open it and from a list of devices > find your sound card > open it and click on the Driver tab> click Update the Driver option. This will fix the problem.
