How Can You Reset Windows Password?

I have forgotten my Windows password of my computer and would like to reset it. Please guide me on how it can be done. Thanks in advance.

How Can You Reset Windows Password?

With our busy lives and multiple passwords for every application, it’s easy to forget your Windows User account password. To reset your Windows user account password, Go to Control Panel from Start Menu and click on User Accounts.

Click on Manage User accounts and type in the administrator password if required. Go to Users tab and under Users of this computer, and choose the user account name. Click on Reset password. Type in your new password, confirm it and then click on OK.

The password will have been reset.
