Hello experts,

How to change the file extension of major world cities spreadsheet? I am using Microsoft excel application in encoding all the major world cities for my research project, but it is in a .xls form when all I need is a .xlsx file format. Give me some ways to properly fix this issue.

How to change the file extension of major world cities spreadsheet?

Hi James,

In some operating systems it is easy to change the extension of a file like as you want .xlsx extension you need to just rename the file as name.xlsx then the file saves as xlsx extension.

Where as in some operating systems it is not possible. You need to convert the whole file into the required extension. I'm providing you a link just go to it and download the software from this you can convert into xlsx extension.
