How to change XP cursors to Multi-resolution Windows 7 cursors

I am using Windows XP because it is very stable. It doesn't easily crash and my system performance is faster. Please suggest the best free software so I can change some desktop items like cursor PNG windows 7 iconin my computer.

How to change XP cursors to Multi-resolution Windows 7 cursors

Here are the steps if you want Windows 7 cursors for Windows XP

1. Download Aero Cursors for XP. 
2. Extract the zip file you just downloaded.
3. Go to Control Panel > Mouse > Pointers.
4. Change the icon as you have desired.
5. Save and enjoy your new cursors!
