We mostly use computers for our work of office, business as well as schools and colleges. We often check memory of the computer for saving files and installation of apps. How to check my computer memory?

How to check my computer memory- Methods.

Checking the memory of the computer is very important as we need to save files and install applications. We have two types of memory RAM and secondary memory.

Method 1- Checking hard drive memory

Step 1: Click on Start.

Step 2: Select Computer.

Step 3: Choose the drive that you want to check.

Step 4: Look in the detail box to know about the memory.

Step 5: Right click on the drive and then on Properties.

Method 2- Checking Windows RAM.

Step 1: Select Start.

Step 2: Click on Windows Explorer.

Step 3: Choose Computer and then Properties.

 

Step 4: Select Control Panel then System and Security.

Step 5: Choose System and then check Installed Memory.
